[osol-help] New to Solaris.. simple question..

Installed Solaris 10 as virtual machine using VMware, and using CDE as desktop, 
after browsing all windows.. found how to open a shell (ctrl-T).
What i need is to change my network system information editing the 
corresponding files.. and i really hate VI..im used to mc, so the question is.. 
how do i administer installed packages, updates..repositories, etc... which is 
the packet manager..?
