Change your bios for SATA drives to enable IDE mode, you may have to try 
changing from the AHCi setting as well.
Submit a RFE http://www.opensolaris.org/bug/report.jspa for your configuration 
with the commands: i.e:
uname -a ; prtdiag -v ; /usr/X11/bin/scanpci ; prtdconf -Dpv ; prtpicl -v ; 
dmesg
