Hi Been setting up Postgres using the pkg facility and trying to su as the user postgres it failed as the users shell was set up as /usr/bin/pfksh and this was missing. pfsh is there :-)
Saw the bug report http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=2031 And from the schedule onnv_106 01/05/2009 01/12/2009** Winter Break (4 week build) However sorry to be dense but not sure when this would pass down to me :-) I'm at present on SunOS opensolaris 2008.11 snv_101b_rc2 X86. i.e. when doing a pfexec pkg image-update will deliver it, seem to have been on 101 for ages :-) Is it quickest to take the binary off of a SXCE it seems to be on SXCE snv_104 X86 already. Rather confused Many Thanks Paul Paul Johnston Humanities Development Team Room 2.12 Bridgeford Street Building Manchester University Tel 0161 275 1396 Mail Paul.Johnston at manchester.ac.uk Web http://web-1.humanities.manchester.ac.uk/prjs/mcasspj/ Prince 2 Practitioner Ref.
