Looks like the kernel file that should be loaded from the installation ISO image is unreadable or corrupted. Are you sure the download has completed successfully and the ISO image wasn't truncated? Try to compute an MD5 checksum for your downloaded file and compare them to a known good checksum for the download file (I hope they have been published on the web site together with the downloadable iso image).
