Trying to enable CIFS, "zfs set sharesmb=on ..." returns "smb add share failed".
"svcadm enable -r smb/server" says "pattern 'smb/server' doesn't match any
instances"

It seems like perhaps I have to install something. I scoured the "CIFS
Administration Guide" and found nothing.

I found a genunix page "Getting started with the Solaris CIFS Service" relative
to 2008.05 indicating that SUNWsmbs and SUNWsmbskr needed to be installed, so I
used the GUI package installer to install these.

Now "svcadm enable -r smb/server" says:
svcadm: svc:/milestone/network depends on svc:/milestone/physical, which has
multiple instances.

Could someone please advise/guide me? I was hoping to use CIFS instead of
Samba because it looks simpler. What do I need to do to a 2008.11 install
(plus the above two packages) for it to work?

Thanks you.
