[osol-help] I locked me out of my osol installation

Hey Forum,
as a newbie to osol I seem to have found the shortest way to lock me out :-(
I have created just one user and for this this user I started to play around 
with group membreship...
Now I am not allowed to "su -" anymore and can`t access the User/group 
manmagement in the GUI.
What would be the best way to regain access again?
