Hi Li, I've had a lot of issues using the VMWare tools. I quit using them because of all the issues I had but last I knew they were setup for an old version of Solaris. Problem being that there was a update to the X11 system a while back and system file locations changed. My personal advice would be not to install them. Regards, Greg
