From OBP, type "boot cdrom -s" to go into single-user mode. Then when you get to a root prompt, depending on the media version that you booted from, you may need to do either: for Solaris 10 / OpenSolaris: # devfsadm or for Solaris 9 or earlier: # disks ; devlinks Then you should be able to use the "elegant hammer" that Julien suggested.
