Hello, I am posting here since all other post I had enter did not get an answer I hope I can get help this time. I am running Opensolaris 2008.11
I have a HP PhotoSmart 7550 printer connected via USB port connected to an Airlink Print Server. If I print from XP or Linux it works but not in OpenSolaris. I use print manager I enter the Print Server IP address and Queue name everything seems to be setup okay but when I send a test page nothing happens. printer status is ready but nothing prints. My printer does not get autodiscover and after a few tries the printer status goes to maintenance mode. printing is vital for me If I am going to be able to migrate from Windows to Opensolaris.
