Hi, I've been running 87 for a while and just installed 101 over it. I decided to try the gui instead of the text console. On the local monitor, the gnome desktop looks good, no hangs. However, all I get is a grey screen on VNC (browser and client) Get the same results on svn_101, linux, and windows vnc clients.
I have desktop sharing enabled on port 5800 I followed the configuration instructions found on: http://blogs.sun.com/timthomas/entry/a_simple_vnc_server_and Still a grey screen. It looks like vnc is running properly but gnome session doesn't appear to be connected to vnc. Help is appreciated Thanks...
