All I did for this work around 10u5, 10u6 and some of the earlier versions before snv_b103 after I ran dvd inital_install typed in the three commands below when the install completed before I rebooted the dvd, and on another system a jumpstart add to a post_install script echo "set ip:dohwcksum = 0" >>/a/etc/system echo "rge \"pci10ec,8168\"" >> /a/etc/driver_aliases bootadm update-archive -R /a my understanding support for this venderid and device id example might make it in 10u7, but I filed a bugid / RFE to request support. and you should do the same, it make the OS a much more freindler install experiences for others down the road. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
