It won't be delivered as long as the VNC extension is GPL licensed
and Xorg drivers we want to support, like nvidia's & the SPARC ones,
are closed source, unless some lawyer finds a clever loophole, but
I've been respecting the spirit of the licenses and not pushing the
bounds of the exact wording.

You should be able to take control of a running local GNOME session through
GNOME's built in Vino VNC server.
