Last week I installed some packages that has nothing to do with my keyboard (Songbird, gconf-editor,oss and Netbeans), yesterday, all my typing was working improperly (and lol I wasnt high); if I pressed the 'n' key, both 'b' and 'n' would show up, if I pressed the 'o' key, both 'i' and 'o' would show up, but the most weird thing is that this didnt happend with some keys as 'a', same with a lot of other keys. My first thought was "damn, this Genius keyboard didnt even last three months!", but as soon as I rebooted into Windows XP I got no problems at all. My question is, what I could possible done to get this problem in OpenSolaris? and most important, how can I solve it? I cant even login into Gnome because all I see when im asked for the password are *** and there are probably wrong words typed.
