Ahh, now that sounds like normal behavior. I've noticed that after 
updating to the version in a new repo, it will be checked in that repo 
but not in the old one. So if you installed OpenOffice under Prod, 
upgraded from Dev and went back to Prod, I wouldn't expect it to be 
checked when you went to Prod. I would expect it to be checked if you 
went to Dev though. That is what isn't happening in my case.
