[osol-help] Black Screen/No Video Immediately Before gnome starts

Thanks for the help. I actually got it all working the day after my original 
post, but I'm not exactly sure what fixed it. I re-set some cables and made 
sure the graphics card was in place (it didn't budge), so I believe what ended 
up fixing it was an update to the ASUS Motherboard's BIOS. The system still 
seemed to have something wrong with the installation on the HD, so I 
reinstalled. It's been fine ever since.
