Before I go mental after spending the last 4 days searching through forums I post my question here:
I have a Dell E521 with an ATI Radeon X1300 Pro graphics card which has a DVI and VGA connector. I have connected 2 monitors to each (FlexScan S1911,dvi, and Acer AL1916, vga). Installed is OpenSolaris 2008.05 and I would now like to set the system up to use the 2 monitors, not just as clones (as it does right now) but either independently (preferred) or in 'xinerama'. Can some pls help with providing the necessary config information (I've given up dreaming of a tool which allows me to that with 2 mouse-clicks like in Windoze :( ).
