Thanks jkeil I modified the 32 bit section so that it contained only these commands: title Opensolaris 32 bit kernel$ /platform/i86pc/kernel/unix -B $ZFS-BOOTFS -v modules$ /platform/i86pc/boot_archive
and it worked! Well, it worked after spending a few hours trying to figure out the grub "Error 27: Unrecognized command" grub doesn't like blank lines at the end of the file, apparently. Treb -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
