Great help!!! you had given reallly great info and in first reading itself i 
was able to configure the network for realtek gigabit nic......NO OFFENCE TO 
ANYONE but i cant stop thinking  that person who are at receiving end did they 
ever think to FIGHT AND  do something by themselves??
