Yes it sets http_proxy. If you launch gksu /usr/bin/packagemanager from terminal then everything works OK. But if you launch package manager from menu System->Administration->Package Manager then network access via proxy fails. IMO this could not be expected behaviour because making package manager accessible through menu means that it should be usable that way. --Andris This message posted from opensolaris.org
