[osol-help] Simple LDAP Setup

Are there any guides that walk you through setting up a simple LDAP server on 
OpenSolaris? Basically, I just want an LDAP server to authenticate users from 
Solaris and Mac systems. The problem that I've run into now is that UID's don't 
match across systems (as would be expected). This is for a home setup, so I 
don't need the kitchen sink, just want to have a centralized LDAP server for 
authenticating users.
