Hey there, I was a participant in the xVM Server EA program, and while I really liked the product itself quite a lot, the communication received back from Sun on the Kenai boards was - - well, dismal.
It was disappointing that xVM server pretty much disappeared, unless you had Ops Center - that was pretty weak. And there was essentially no communication given on the board, that was pretty unprofessional for certain. But it turns out that you can install it in OpenSolaris, which I'm trying out right now.
