Hello, I'm new to (Open)Solaris, and I was thinking about using it as my server's OS. I've been googling around for hardware support. Everything in my server seems to be supported, but I can't find anything on using Solaris to provide a wireless access point.
I don't have a wireless router, and currently my server is running Ubuntu with hostapd to provide wireless networking. My question: is something similar also possible with OpenSolaris? I don't seem to be able to find anything on the topic, googling for OpenSolaris and wifi only returns instructions to connect to an existing network. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
