Before anyone jumps on me for posting this here I am posting this in the Staroffice forum, but since I am using SXCE b123 I thought I could get some help here also. I have sucessfully installed patch 2 for Staroffice 9 but when I try to use patchadd to install patch 3 it gives me this error: # cd Desktop # ls 142190-01 # patchadd 142190-01 Validating patches...

Checking for consistency of zone attributes between patch packages and installed packages Cannot open pkginfo file /var/sadm/pkg/ooobasis31-pt-res/pkginfo Failed to do zone attributes check patchadd is terminating # any help would be great. I am just getting started using this OE as a daily system, been lurking and reading for years but could not make the jump from easy Mac environment to Solaris.
