Hi!

I have upgraded my 2008.10 install to 2009.06 but after the reboot I get a
kernel panic.

The system is self build, Mainboard A8V-MX, 2GB RAM, 2* SAMSUNG HD 400 GB,
Compaq NC3120 NIC (intel based). It is used as file server therefore it uses
onboard graphics in text mode.

I have captured the kernel panic with a serial console, it is attached to this
message.

What I have tried so far:
   - replaced the onboard graphics with a S3 Unichrome Pro VGA Adapter
   - looked into he hcl and found the A8V-MX not listed
   - asked google with no helpful results

Any hints what else I could try?
