Solaris wont be able to read the data from your Linux RAID - it doesn't 
understand Linux RAID, and it won't access the filesystem (although some tools 
will allow it).

Your best bet is to access the RAID through Linux and copy the data across the 
network to Solaris 10. If you don't have a second machine you can install Linux 
in a VM using VirtualBox within Solaris 10.
