Without appropriate info no one can help you. So post at least outputs of 'dladm show-phys' and 'ifconfig -a' commands.
Additional useful info may be in outputs of 'prtdiag -v' and 'prtconf -D' commands. Take a look at dmesg output too if there are some errors during boot. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
