According to the bug report it was fixed in b128: Bug ID 6896160 Disabling driver via "-B disable-xxx=true" on grub boot line results in panic http://bugs.opensolaris.org/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6896160 What I don't understand is that an image-update from b126 to b128a didn't fix this bug (according to Chris Du), but a fresh install from the b128a livecd doesn't have the bug.
