I'm running a Linux dom0 and have installed OpenSolaris 2009.06 on a domU which
works. I need to build ON from the information on building it appears that I
need to use one of the latest builds of SNV. I thought, no problem, just
download and install like I did with 2009.06. For some reason build 129 fails
to configure the e1000g0 network driver. This is the same device that 2009.06
configures and uses. Does anybody have a clue as to why an older build of
Solaris would work and a newer one doesn't?

Is it possible to build ON on 2009.06? I've tried, but it would appear that
many packages aren't installed by default. I tried to find a cluster that would
install everything else, but didn't see one. I know under the old package
system I believe this was referred to as SUNWCall.

Please let me know if there is a more appropriate forum for this question.
