gopid: I found the log file, there were no entries that gave me any info. It shows that the nfs server being restarted successfully the day I moved all files. The last entry on there was Dec. 12, The day I had the major trouble was the 14th. There has not been one entry since the 12th.
I did notice when running the svcs -l svc:/network/nfs/server:default that a dependency was disabled. dependency optional_all/none svc:/network/rpc/keyserv (disabled) I am not sure if that would be needed. I am not doing any mounting that should require the use of a key. Grant -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
