I'm not sure how to check for what package a particular file belongs
to. But I at least think it should belong to SUNWgnome-config-editor.

bash-4.0$ pkg list |grep config
IPSfconfig (Blastwave) 0.5.11-2.6 installed
-----
SUNWcompizconfig-gconf 0.5.11-0.129 installed
-----
SUNWcompizconfig-python 0.5.11-0.129 installed
-----
SUNWfontconfig 2.7.3-0.129 installed

SUNWfontconfig-docs 2.7.3-0.129 installed
