[osol-help] When system crashes, how to get log / crash info for troubleshooting

this crashdump is useless as it's taken from finely running kernel. this would 
clear your doubt that next time when kernel panics it would create crash dumps. 
back to reboot, does system abnormally gets poweroff and then starts back ? 
what is the behavior while crashing ?
