[osol-help] brasero usage as non-root user

It is not related to permission for /dev/rdsk/disk or /dev/dsk/disk. Everything 
in brasero_medium_monitor_is_drive(), brasero_device_handle_open() and so on 
should work with links in normal way...  I don't have enough time to 
investigate this now, maybe later, I'll report it as a bug...
