If you've installed it, look in the first line of /etc/release.

For instance, on a machine installed with build 130 from the /dev
repo it will say:
                       OpenSolaris Development snv_130 X86

The build schedule posted at:
  http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Community+Group+on/schedule
will also give you an idea what builds where when, and if you
scroll down to the "Milestone builds" section at the bottom you'll
see which builds were used for various milestone releases.
(Though it seems to be missing the 2008.05 release which was build 86.)
