OpenSolaris comes with ipfilter, though it isn't enabled unless you explicitly enable it. Since you have the firewall visual panel installed, you should be able to go to System->Administration and open System Firewall to get to its control panel. You can turn on ipfilter by checking "Enable host-based firewall", and then select either "Deny access" or "Allow access" and specify either a list of hosts to deny access from or allow access from (if you want to deny access to everyone, select "Allow access" and leave an empty list -- there's a bug open against this being unintuitive).
