Did you make any progress with this? I am looking to do the exact same thing.
I did some googling and ran across this http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/cifs-discuss/2009-March/001397.html which got me looking towards this http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6582165 looks like it is not currently possible with CIFS but it may work with samba Has anyone implemented some way to obtain this functionality using smb/cifs? i would rather not try out samba if i don't have to. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
