Some very strange (to me) behavior of the Automatic Network Interface Selection
when I log in. I've set the priority for the main ethernet connection to be
bge0 (which is 192.168.1.100 on my personal network). I've disabled the
vboxnet0 device. Yet, half the time when I boot up, it selects the (virtual?)
wired VirtualBox0 adapter as the primary ethernet connection to the outside
world, which has an 192.168.56.1 address; this of course doesn't work. I've
disabled this adapter in that Edit Network Interface Priorities dialog box, yet
like a zombie it shows up half the time upon reboot (and it really is about
half the time; there isn't a consistent behavior).

Now, if I manually select bge0, then go to the terminal, switch to su, then run
"svcadm restart nwam", everything switches back to the proper setup, and the
connection always works. It's a bit bizarre that the behavior is not
consistent, and kind-of a pain to have to switch every time I reboot. Any
suggestions on how to fix this?
