How do I flush DNS cache on opensolaris? At a guess I would of thought "svcadm restart dns/client" and "svcadm restart dns/multicast" may force a flush when they restart. I don't know how to test if that works.
The equivalent on Windows that I know worls is: "ipconfig /flushdns", which I usually follow with a "ipconfig /release" and "ipconfig /renew" just to refresh everything. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
