Did you check out the know-issue workarounds in this thread: http://www.opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?threadID=125446&tstart=0 ? I had the same problem from 130 to 132 until I finally fixed the BE when updating to 133 as described there, and since then everything is fine.
