I ran "pfexec installgrub /boot/grub/stage1 /boot/grub/stage2 /dev/rdsk/c8t1d0s0" again for good measure. Now, when I remove the 1st drive and try to boot from the 2nd, GRUB loads as usual. I edit the boot environment, remove splashimage, background, foreground, and add -k to the kernel to enter debug mode. I presss "b" to boot, and the Opensolaris splash image comes up and just freezes there. No console to debug or anything. Very odd. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
