ok, I setup Evolution and sent a mail to root at localhost and it routed to my mail server at 192.168.0.2, but it can through as tomwater at server4.local
(server4 is the name in the opensolaris hosts file). So I need to do some tweaking...for now I have created a new domain on the mailserver as server4.local and created a new mail account tomwater at server4.local.
