Burning "these files" is most certainly not correct.  This creates a new iso9660
filesystem and it probably won't be a bootable CD filesystem.  And it seems 
you've
already lost the uppercase 'S' in "Solaris_11".

You *must* use the cd burning software's "burn cd from cd-image" function.
