Yep, you are right in here http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenSolaris/Developer I have command "perl -pi -e 's!FNnadDmrt!FnadDmrt!' opensolaris.sh" that disable -N option. I am still in copy mode ;), I will figure out what -N really mean even you explained in paragrah below.
