schillix is an OpenSolaris distro, nothing to do with Solaris Express releases. The OP wanted to build a DVD iso from the Express CDs, there is no documented way to do this yet.

I think the OP is asking for a downloadable Solaris Express DVD image from Sun,
just like you can download a DVD image of Solaris GA, of CD images if you choose to.
Quite a few people have asked for it on a pubilc forum, including myself.
