I was doing an upgrade from b33 to b38. After the first reboot, the installer kicked in to continue the upgrade, but machine coninued booting to multi-user so that communication with the installer failed.
Should milestone/multi-user have a dependency on the install service? Is there some reason that this works fine on an initial install but broke during the upgrade?
