Use a tool like PartitionMagic to resize the NTFS volume.  A little googling 
should turn up a few other products that will let you do that.  NTFSResize is 
supposedly fairly good too.

Make sure you back up any really important data first though. Resizing NTFS is 
inherently dangerous.

Grub should have no problem dual booting Solaris and Windows.  For howto's look 
up dual booting Windows and Linux with Grub.  Its basically exactly the same, 
except the Solaris version of grub supports.. well.. Solaris and the UFS 
filesystem. :)
