Generally I build-BFU the latest and greatest pretty quickly but I have been
seeing a lot of traffic about problems with snv_XX where XX>38 or so.
Anything from booting to installation. So I stopped everything at snv_38
and have been watching to see if some _other_ brave soul plowed forwards.
Looks like you did.

Personally I never use the BFU archives provided anymore. What's the fun in
that? I tried it out .. once I think .. but I didn't inhale. I prefer to
roll my own and while that may take an offensive amount of time on an old
Sun Ultra 2 I find the process to be somewhat gratifying. Perhaps the way
to go here is to simply build it yourself and then you know exactly what
paths are in there.

Am I helpful or what ? ( not really .. I know )
