Thats a loaded question and I can give you my opinion. I have snv_38 running here on a few systems and I have ZFS on both of them and I push these systems through some processes. Really. I have had NO problems with snv_38 at all. That being said .. I had lots of earlier releases and am currently building the latest. The last release that I had problems with was snv_16 ( no I am not joking ) and that was on opening day a year ago or so. I had to do some real work to get a clean build becuase of some Perl issues. Since then I have not had any real major issues and I can tell you that snv_38 is pretty damn solid. In my opinion.
