is it SXCR 44 or solaris express 44 ?

Yes.   It's either or both.   There is no difference in the images
distributed between the two - the build 44 ISO's from each should
be exactly and entirely identical.   The difference is in how long
the images are tested before being uploaded to each download center,
and how often new images are posted.   (SX is tested longer than SXCR,
SX is updated once a month - SXCR every two weeks.)
