Hello,

I tried to download and build latest opensolaris from the mercurial
repository
        by: hg clone ssh://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/hg/onnv/onnv-gate
I had installed SUNWonbld and closed bins from
        http://dlc.sun.com/osol/on/downloads/20061030/
I am working on x86_64 machine.

(BTW, there is no on-src-*DATE*.tar.bz2 this time for 20061030; is it on
purpose ??
in previous builds (from 23.10.06 for example) there was ; it seems to
me
that it is good that also .bz2 will exist).

When I ran "nightly opensolaris.sh &" (after everything was installed) it
yelled
at me right in the beginning because missing onbld under
usr/src/tools/proto/opt
and exited nightly with an error.
So I copied the onbld from /opt to usr/src/tools/proto/opt.

  I have two questions:
  1) Is it correct to do what I did - copy the onbld from /opt
  to usr/src/tools/proto/opt ??
I had also looked for example at on-src-20061023.tar.bz2 and it is not there
could it be that it is generated as part of running nightly opensolaris.sh &
and for some reason was not generated on my machine ?

2) Am I doing something wrong which results in that the onbld is missing from
        usr/src/tools/proto/opt?

Regards,
Mark
