I suspect it may be a bug in the accelerated nVidia driver included with 
Solaris then.

Postings I've found on the 'net seem to confirm this:

The solution appears to be to change your xorg.conf file to set Option 
"HWCursor" "off".

Also, file a bug at bugs.opensolaris.org if you can't find something about the 
6100 already.
